Any Amount Can Help a Stateless Person in Need

As a young organization, SDP is currently focused primarily on its first program: supporting over two million stateless Rohingyas, over one million of whom live as refugees in dire poverty and in squalid, packed camps: the largest refugee crisis in the world today.

Indeed, UNHCR estimates that 10 million people are stateless worldwide, one-third of whom are children. From Bangladesh to Palestine, and from Europe to Central America: the world needs your support in safeguarding their safety, basic rights, and human dignity.

SDP looks forward to supporting all these groups, and hope that you will help make that happen. With your assistance, SDP will be able not only to advocate for their rights, but also deliver direct services (like much-needed education, healthcare, and livelihood support), plus legal assistance, to asylum seekers and refugees.

Over one third of the world’s 10 million stateless are children. You can help change that.

We welcome any contribution you can offer, which will go toward both our current and future work, and 100% to supporting stateless refugees.

We thank you in advance for any contribution you may make, 100% of which will go directly to helping stateless populations worldwide attain basic rights, safety, and human dignity. Every single penny helps!

*Those individuals, companies, and organizations who donate at the Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels ($250, $500, $1000, and $5000) or higher will also be individually recognized for their critical contributions for the year in all major SDP materials: on our website and social media, in monthly newsletters, at fundraising events, and in our Annual Report.

** SDP is currently in the process of formalizing its 501(c)(3) status, and expects to have this status well before the year is out—meaning any donation you make will be tax-exempt in 2019.  Standard receipts will be sent immediately, and tax exemption receipts will also be provided as soon as 501(c)(3) status is finalized.
